Coping Cards

COPING CARDS ARE YOUR PERSONAL TOOLKIT FOR RESILIENCE AND WELL-BEING

Presented in a set of 54 beautifully designed cards, Dr. Sally offers daily awareness, reflections, and action steps to help build emotional health. Mental health coping cards show your loved ones that you care about their well-being.

In a season often filled with joy and celebration, recognizing and addressing mental health is a meaningful and thoughtful way to express your support. By gifting these cards, you're encouraging your loved ones to take intentional steps toward managing their mental health, fostering a sense of empowerment.

Coping Cards can also offer workplaces tools to improve their ability to navigate through crises and lead their workers toward resilience.
