Phase 1

Worker Well-Being Summit

If you are like most leaders, you are worried about your workers' mental health.

You may be worried that your organization isn't doing everything it can to:

  • Support workers experiencing mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, addiction and suicidal thoughts.

  • Provide quality and accessible support resources

  • Develop a comprehensive and sustainable strategy that is based on evidence and not just a fly-by approach.

  • Protect the lives of workers and their families through practical tools and steps.

If you relate to any or all of these concerns, you owe it to yourself and your company to invest a single day of your time to learn more about H.O.P.E. Certification at the Worker Well-Being Summit.

Benefits of attending the Summit:

  • Learn 9 best practices for prevention, intervention and crisis response.

  • Increased confidence that our program will deliver the desired outcomes.

  • Improve your ability to demonstrate to your management that you are on the leading edge of a solution.

  • Develop a network of like-minded mental health champions who are willing to share their best practices with you.

  • Learn how your organization can prove its commitment by earning a recognizable certificate that demonstrates your investment in proactive mental health support to your current and future employees.

Even if you don't follow up in applying to be a part of the H.O.P.E. Certification cohort, you will come away from the Summit with the above benefits as well as a significantly better understanding of the issues and potential solutions.
